Mr. Neville Woodside holds an Associate Degree in air conditioning and refrigeration technology from the international technical institute. He also holds a business license for AIRTECH LTD and a universal certification from Ferris State University. He attended ARI & ASHRAE Trade shows and also travelled to China to CHIGO Factory & China World Expos.

After receiving his Associates Degree in 1989, his start in air conditioning began in 1990 where he worked as a semi-skilled service technician at Island Mechanical Ltd. Previously, he was an assistant Plant Operator for over three (3) years at BEC.

He feels air conditioning can only get better as people increase in knowledge of it and it will yield great rewards to those who are willing to pursue excellence.

Mr. Forbes' career began as an apprentice in 1987 with Island Mechanical Ltd. He worked for eight (8) years there while attending college. Since his start in the industry, he has held the position of A/C Installation Manager at Island Mechanical Ltd. & A/C Engineer at Super Club Breezes, Nassau, Bahamas.

Leroy Forbes' personal motto is: obtain goals and objections beyond expectation.

Mr. Geno Forbes holds an EPA Certification and is an associate member of ASHRAE

His career in air conditioning began after completing an international correspondence course; starting out as a technician's helper. He also served as a parts sales representative.

In June, 2006 he attended a seminar at Super Club Breezes, Nassau, Bahamas. In January, 2007 he attended a seminar in Texas.

His personal motto is: Do it right the first time.

His attitude is always to be on time and satisfy the customer.
